Who I Am Today

I’m Dr. Kerri Harting — a physician, a mom to Tucker and Berkli, a widow rebuilding a beautiful life, and the proud owner of Eagle Eye Farm in River Falls, Wisconsin.

I’m the creator of Farmgirl Fab Skincare, a woman in the wellness space, and someone who finally decided that my health, my strength, and my joy matter too. For a long time, I poured into everyone else — and somewhere along the way, I lost pieces of myself. Choosing to rebuild meant choosing myself again, slowly and intentionally.

Today, my life blends everything I love.
I care for people. I support women in feeling their best. I create products with intention. And I share real, sustainable wellness that starts from the inside out. Through my work with Nu Skin, I’m able to support women with tools, products, and a community that make that transformation possible in a realistic, sustainable way. At the same time, I run a farm filled with animals that remind me daily to slow down, breathe, and stay grounded in what truly matters.

I’m not who I used to be — and I’m grateful for that. I am stronger. More grounded. More fully myself. This is the woman I am stepping into — and the journey I now help other women step into for themselves.

Becoming Her — inside and out.

Keeping Up with Kerri
